Our hand rolled gnocchi is made using roasted pumpkin & Italian parmesan cheese. Quick and easy to cook, it is also gluten free & delicious served with our Roasted Tomato & Basil Passata.
Roasted Pumpkin & Parmesan Gnocchi 500g
Heat & Serve: Heat a large pot of water until boiling. Place frozen gnocchi into boiling water for approx. 8 minutes , or until it floats to the surface, stirring occasionally. Remove with slotted spoon and serve with our Roasted Tomato & Basil Passata or your favourite sauce. Serves 4.
